Here are a few commonly asked questions we've answered for your convenience.
A: We accept cash, check, master card, visa and discover card.
A: Referral Rewards is a program for established customers. When an existing customer refers someone new to BAMcLaughlan Designs and that referral results in two hours or more of billable time, the established customer receives an hour of future work for fee.
A: Rates vary in accordance with the needs of the project. Work requiring Errors and Omissions insurance will have a higher rate per hour than those not requiring E&O Insurance. Rates will be discussed on an individual basis.
A: If anything needs to be plotted ledger sized or larger, it will need to be outsourced, resulting in direct passage of cost to the customer. If only an electronic copy is only needed, we will supply a copy of all work on a CD or via email upon approval and completion of the contract in either .DWG or .PDF format.
A: All electronic data is stored on an external electronic backup device. Hard copies can either be returned at the customer's request otherwise they will be stored in a fire safe. Storage is free of charge.
A: Projects are generally evaluated when they are received and an estimated completion time is assigned. However should the need arise please call Beth at 484-226-5313 and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
